Step 4a: After handing in 1 set of the required items to loot, it does "Four points of shining light catch your eye". The collectibles are for the series "Deadman's Band, Sul Vius, Demiplane of Life. Good luck finding them all.

STep 3 - Deliver 4 Sealed Boxes to Tarl Punox
Step 4 - Kill the guard threatening Tarl
step 5 - Open the chest
The Testements are found by using the underground entrance in the merchant quarters. The area where you clicked scrolls on an earlier mission. They spell it "Testemnets," not Testaments.

Cudgel of the Stranger has a damage bonus of 87 not 57
When you aug weapons the extra damage an aug gives adds to the Damage bonus, we will show that proper number at its base, and when you add any augs to it

(Loot An Odd Local Statuette off mobs in the Mayor's building in the North section.)
Step 2 - Loot Decorations from the big housing building 0/4
(Loot A Native Decoration off mobs in the North-west section in the building. You must take the underground tunnel from the mayor's building, as the North-west section is blocked off from the central area.)
Step 3 - Loot Gemstones from that underground theater 0/3
(Loot A Unique Gemstone from mobs underground. I cleared the theater and didn't get one, but got mine below the statue in the pit.)
