a relifed citizen, a risen citizen and an honored citizen drop the signets.
Kill fiends within the crypt 0/5 (Crypt of Sul)
Any mob with fiend in their name should work.
Deliver 3 Thickened Liquid to Pavel Raglan 0/3 (Crypt of Sul)
The liquid drops a ravenous fiend and a skeletal sentinel.
Kill the Bokon within the crypt 0/5 (Crypt of Sul)
Any mobs with Bokon in their name should work.
Kill the reliving within the crypt and collect more Signets of Relife 0/5 (Crypt of Sul)
a relifed citizen, a risen citizen and an honored citizen drop the signets.
Kill the Bokon within the crypt 0/5 (Crypt of Sul)
Any mobs with Bokon in their name should work.
Deliver 3 Caustic Elixir to Pavel Raglan 0/3 (Crypt of Sul)
a revered worshiper and a skeletal sentinel drop these.
Kill the Skeletal Sentinels within the crypt 0/4 (Crypt of Sul)
Collect even more Signets of Relife 0/5 (Crypt of Sul)
a relifed citizen, a risen citizen and an honored citizen drop the signets.

Pavel Raglan has been moved! He is no longer at zone in. Today (2022) he was waiting for his items at +470/-225, that is in the NE the room past the "bedchamber" labled as "torture cave" on some maps.

Open the chest
The liquid dropped in the first room only off ghouls
the elixir off the skellies in the center room ( nothing dropped in any side room)
the extract off the mobs in the northern room.
the chest spawned back at the zone in point

Enraged Guardian of Sul in 508s, 86135k @169557sdps
IDK what this mob is but he has been in the zone at -313 0 -18 the last few times I've done this mission, his average hit is 17,500 with a max hit of 50,099 was red con at 105 and dropped nothing.

Chest sometimes pops in other parts of the zone. And doors can bug requiring you to illusion through.

Median Essence of Life
He didn't -seem- to do anything special for us, but the only one that was within a close range was a pet. We had the kill 5 fiend, 5 bokon, 5 fiend, and then the high bokon and for us he spawned in the library-like room that is directly after the room you spawn in if you are doing the same mission.

corpses are on the ground, they don't agro but some pop 1 add when you hit them.
all other steps are in general locations, but...
the task is very straight forward, it channels you to the mobs so as long as you have a map, it's fool proof
