    • Defeat bloodthirsty or bonegnawer butchers (as indicated by on the map), the item will appear on your cursor

  • Hack off several arms from adventurers 0/5 (Sul Vius: Demiplane of Decay)
    • DPS adventurers found throughout the zone to 35% and click the Cleaver on them, then loot the Arms
    		•
  • Hack off several legs from adventurers 0/5 (Sul Vius: Demiplane of Decay)
    • DPS adventurers found throughout the zone to 35% and click the Cleaver on them, then loot the Legs
    		•
  • Deliver the severed arms to Bokon Decker 0/5 (Sul Vius: Demiplane of Decay)
    • Head over to and Turn in the Arms to Bokon Decker (as indicated by on the map)
    		•
  • Deliver the severed legs to Bokon Decker 0/5 (Sul Vius: Demiplane of Decay)
    • Turn in the Legs
