    • This will auto update at the waterfall at the bottom of the pit area in the center

  • Defeat the shifty bokon, clearly members of the Underground 0/1 (Sul Vius: Demiplane of Decay)
    • Defeat 4 bokon mobs at the level you are on
    		•

    • Mobs will aggro, defeat them

    Step 5:

    • Defeat Shepherd Grimlight

    Here are the steps that we got:

    Head down to the base of the waterfall
    Defeat the shifty bokon, clearly members of the Underground (there were 4, unmezzable, stunable)
    Defeat the alarmed bokon, clearly members of the Underground (there were 2 that spawn at the base of the ramp, unmezzable, stunable)
    Defend yourself against Tsetsian swarmers (there were 8 that spawn at the base of the ramp, unmezzable, stunable)
    Collect Evidence from Shepherd Grimlight (unmezzable, stunable)
    Return to Mayor Soltiman Wax
    Open chest
